Dan started his career  within alternative investment placing support staff into the top hedge funds and private equity firms  in London. He was then promoted to launch the New York office before deciding to start JLB.

Dan is now on a mission to elevate and diversify the way that organisatons find talent and build a world class team.

Outside of work, Dan previously played rugby to a competitive level but now is a keen padel player and golfer playing off 5.

Originally from Wales, Steff previously worked for a leading sports agency within their partnerships team before entering the world of recruitment.

Steffan currently plays National 1 rugby for Cambridge and has an undergraduate degree in Sports Business Management and a postgraduate in Sports Business from Leeds Beckett University.

Holly started off her career in sports development, working with high performance sport teams in netball and basketball, to develop their community outreach. She then went on to work in partnerships, helping elite athletes’ transition into business, realising that recruitment and the sports business was an exciting space to be in, so made the move to JLB.

Having grown up in the Middle East, Holly leads our clients there, in a vastly upcoming region for sport and entertainment.

Outside of work, Holly previously played rugby in the premiership and internationally, before taking up the whistle and now travels the world as an international referee in 7s and 15s, with her young family.

After spending four years in the life science and pharmaceutical industry, Hannah built a strong foundation of highly valuable and transferable skills. This experience has provided a solid platform for her transition into JLB, where she now applies her knowledge and expertise to drive impactful results across the industry.

Outside of work, Hannah played hockey competitively for Wales up until the U18 level and now captains the East London Hockey Team.

Bailey is a Principal Consultant for our UK & EMEA business, where he supports clients across rights holders, brands and agencies, whilst also leading our sports technology proposition.
With a background in Executive Search at two leading UK firms, he brings a wealth of experience in senior hiring across technology driven sectors. For the past three years, Bailey has specialised in the sports, media, and entertainment sectors and was involved in building the Sports Technology practice from the ground up at his previous firms.
Bailey continues to combine his career in search with his efforts on the pitch. He is currently a professional rugby player and Co-Captain for London Scottish RFC. He has previously played for Bedford Blues and Newcastle Falcons.

Tim drives the strategy and growth of all business lines within the Jackson Lombard Group. Additionally, Tim leads client engagements globally orchestrating senior level search mandates. Tim is an avid musician, footballer, and Sunday Roast enthusiast. Tim is a founding member of a London-centric Roast Club where he and his friends cast their eyes (and tastebuds) over a selection of the finest roasts the city has to offer.

As Head of Operations, Charlotte leads the human resources, finance, legal operations and overall smooth running of the wider Jackson Lombard Group. In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys travelling and keeping fit, her latest obsession being Reformer Pilates.

Laurence heads up the finance team, overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including payroll, management reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and more. His role ensures the smooth financial running of the organization and supports strategic decision-making.
Passionate about travel, having explored much of Asia, Laurence enjoys discovering new corners of the globe. A dedicated foodie, he can often be found experiencing new cuisines across London. A sport enthusiast, he enjoys staying active through football and running.

Tayiba supports the efficient running of monthly financial operations including preparing monthly revenue turnover, managing payroll, executing payment runs, and handling team inquiries.
Passionate about sports and proud to be a member of her local netball team, Tayiba is also involved with Amnesty and is a self-proclaimed Netflix connoisseur. As a dedicated foodie, she is always on the lookout for new restaurants and hidden gems to explore.

James has been a partner within the Jackson Lombard Group for nearly seven years and is an investor and advisor for JLB. With a keen eye for business opportunities and a strategic mindset, James has significantly contributed to the growth and success of the firm. Before his time at the Jackson Lombard Group, he developed his expertise within Financial Services & Healthcare. James leads on strategic partnership and growth opportunities advising clients on Mergers and Acquisitions. Outside of his professional achievements, James is a keen enthusiast for the countryside and has a strong passion for all sports. Having played for the Bristol Academy in his younger years, he is still passionate about the sport and remains actively involved in the rugby community. You can often find him spending time on the golf course with his cocker spaniel Ivy.

Niall is a founder and investor within the recruitment and executive search industries, and has been building businesses for the past eight years. Prior to these entrepreneurial endeavours, Niall spent several years working for a global recruitment firm, in Sydney and London.

Niall is deeply passionate about sport, having played rugby and football since a very young age, and enjoys nothing more than watching live test rugby at Twickenham.

Ben is a founding Partner and Board member of Jackson Lombard overseeing the management and strategic direction of the wider Jackson Lombard Group.
Ben is a father and husband with a passion for interior design and tableware. He keeps fit running with his dog and has never turned down a game of padel. He is always open to a challenge to raise money for worthy causes.

In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife and three children. A keen runner, Jeremy is currently training for an ultramarathon.
