Will Edwards
Former Harlequins player turned Cost Consultant
Will is a former professional rugby player, having travelled on the World Sevens Series with England, he then went on to spend three seasons at Harlequins Men, winning the premiership title with them in 2021. Will holds a degree in Maths from Loughborough University and joined BCS Consultancy in September 2024 as their first athlete hire as an Assistant Cost Consultant.

Rupert Shipperley
Former GB Hockey player turned Cost Consultant
Rupert is a former professional hockey player having represented Team GB in both Toyko and Paris Olympic Games. Looking ahead to retirement, Rupert had worked as a Geography teams and surveyor but decided to join BCS in December 2024 as a Assistant Cost Consultant, as career path he was always interested in pursuing, so it was a perfect fit!

Jenny Tong
Former GB Olympic Weightlifter turned Project Manager
Jenny is a former Olympic Weightlifter, having presented both GB and England. She competed in the European Championships and being British Champion in 2022. Jenny has always been involved in sport and started working in governance, before looking for a long-term career and somewhere she can make an impact. She started working at BCS as a Assistant Project Manager in December 2024.

Anna Rantala
Former beach volleyball player turned Marketing Manager
Anna joins BCS as a Marketing Manager having spent the last 6 years balancing a career in marketing and competing for Finland internationally, and spending 5 seasons competing on the Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour. She’ll bring a wealth of knowledge to BCS as they look to grow out their marketing function.

Mahima Attreya
Former swimmer turned HR professional
Mahima competed in swimming and pentathlon for India before turning her attention to building a career. She joined BCS as a HR Assistant, having previously attaining her master’s to specialise. She still enjoys swim coaching but has hit the ground running as the sole HR professional at BCS.

Egli Kaja
Former professional footballer turned Project Manager
Egli is a former professional footballer, who has competed internationally for Albania, and has previously played for AFC Wimbledon and Altrincham. He joins BCS whilst completing his undergraduate degree and specialises in Project Management.
